Available positions:
Associate Occupational Therapist
We can offer a varied caseload, including, neurological conditions, trauma, car accidents and orthopaedics.
We require a therapist with the following experience:
- 5 years qualified experience
- Experience across a range of settings
- Comfortable working alone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team member
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate patients to maximise their potential
- Able to manage patients with complex needs
- Competent in providing physical assessments, aids and adaptation assessments and recommending appropriate interventions for a variety of cases
- Excellent administration and IT skills
The role will involve the following:
- Working with case managers
- Report writing
- Aids and adaptations assessments
- Vocational rehabilitation
- Home visits
- In clinic assessments/treatment
- Activities of daily living optimisation
- Risk assessment
- Physical based Assessments/reports and treatments

Associate Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Birmingham OT would like to recruit a professional, caring and experienced paediatric occupational therapist to join the service.
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years qualified experience (with at least 2 years in paediatrics)
- Enthusiastic about paediatrics
- The ability to motivate patients to maximise their potential
- Experience in clinic, in-patient and community settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Able to effectively manage workload
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide assessment, rehabilitative treatment and reports for children with a wide range of conditions. Training and support will be provided on a regular basis.
